Edit MIDI Pitch Control

Where is the MIDI pitch control editor in LE 7.3? I imported a MIDI track where the bass has WAY to much expression. I need to dial it back or turn it off. I don't see a parameter to do it in the MIDI edit window. Is there no way to edit it post recording? What am I missing?

Thanks for any help.

Re: Edit MIDI Pitch Control

Have you checked every view on the MIDI track? There could be either pitchbend, modulation, or any CC that has been mapped to a modulation parameter within your VI/Sound Module.

What VI/Sound Module are you using for your bass sounds?

Re: Edit MIDI Pitch Control

Select your mndi region and press "CTL + =" (or mac equilivilant) and filter out MIDI notes. Look for CC, SYSEX , or other Controller messages contained in that region. If its a CC transmission, you need to manually enable CC## edit by selecting your WAVEFORM/REGION/MIDI selector and move to the bottom selection to CC, you will see a list of CC1 MOD WHEEL CC7 Volume CC10 Pan etc... the bommem gives you the optin to add more CC paramaters.

Open more Paramaners and select form the list of 1-30 31-60 61-90 91-127 (something like that) and away you go...
