PT Opening problem on one sessions after 2022.10 upgrade

I've recently upgraded to 2022.10 from 2022.9. Now when I try to open one of the sessions I've been working on, it stops halfway thru restoring tracks and restarts PT without any song loaded. It seems to stop when the Waves NX track is loading. Is there any way to eliminate a track without opening the session?
I'm on Windows 10 with Waves version 14 plugins. Plenty of memory, storage and power in the computer.
I've tried opening backups of it and same issue.
I've been able to open a very early version that didn't have the NX, or some other plugins and channels that were created later and I can open that one, but much of the song and work is in the latest versions. I had no problems before upgrading to 2022.10, and other sessions open but they don't have what is in that session in them.
Help!! I've got many hours of work in that session and I can't open it
Thanks

The two things I'd try first:
1. Hold shift on opening the session, to disable all plugins. If it opens, delete the suspect track (or plugin) and try again.
2. Create an empty session and import tracks from the problem session ('Import session data'). Maybe a few at a time and save, until you can find the offending track.

I'll offer a slight change to Ben's method to help narrow it down:
1-(as Ben said) hold SHIFT to open the session.
2-If it opens, hold the 3 modifier keys and mouse-click on any plugin in row A. This will activate the entire row. If the session plays like this, save and close.
3-try to open the session again. If it opens, you know everything in row A is good. Repeat for each row.:o
