Digi 96io - can you mix Optical SPDIF and phono SPDIF?
 

I have a 96io which I would like to input an optical spdif from another mac, and also use the phono spdif input from a PC soundcard

I am setting up the DIGI coreAudio manager, but it seems you can only have one or the other?

Is there any way to get both SPDIF inputs working and naming a channel for each ie:

Input :

1-2 Analog 1-2

3-4 S/PDIF [enc]

5-6 Analog 5-6

7-8 Opt (S.PDIF)

Is this possible???

its one or the other as there is no optional digital board like the 192. and the optical i/o can only be adat once s/pdif or AES is selected in the hardware setup.
