Transfer of Ownership Form: questions...
 

Hello,
I'm selling my PT Ultimate Perpetual License.
I have to fill out the Transfer of Ownership form.
My questions are:
1. What I have to write in the *Hardware Serial Number (or Software Activation Code if available) field? Maybe the System ID?
2. I already started a Case on Avid Support (by my active Support Plan): do I have to use the Case number in the *Avid Store Service Fee Order Number or ASC?

I have just been through a transfer of ownership and in my experience AVID will tell you what they need exactly once you have gotten in touch with them. You just have to be a little patient at times but it worked out fine for me.
