VENUE SC48 Recovery
 

Hello,

We have Venue SC48 Mixer that is corrupted.
We can't use it anymore. We tried to send it to the service centers we have here in the Philippines, however, they all having difficulty restoring our mixer.

We're planning to change the external drive since there might be the error coming from. Our problem is, we don't have the recovery disc since we bought it second hand and no driver disc included.

Is there anyway we could fix it.

Hope anyone could help us on this.

There is a section of the DUC for Avid's live consoles. You should post this in that section. Maybe a moderator can move this:o If you have another SC48, or can borrow/rent one, you could clone the drive with one of many cloning programs such as Macrium Reflect or Backupper.
