Waveform height bug?
1 Attachment(s)
Anybody know if there's something I'm missing? I'm mastering an album and the waveform on my bounce track is very small compared to all other tracks in the session. I have no idea why.
In the picture you can see from the meter that the bounced audio is the same volume as the source track, even though the waveform appears smaller. If you look directly next to the left of the start of the clip, the waveform height ruler for the bounce track is shorter that the one on the source track. Restarting the session or Pro Tools does not help. What am I missing? http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b1...10.11%20PM.png |
Re: Waveform height bug?
Making a new audio track fixed the issue. Somehow the height of that one track got out of sync with the rest of the tracks.

Re: Waveform height bug?
Option-A resets all waveform zoom in/out.

Control+drag with the Zoomer tool up or down in the track (Continuously zoom vertically on a single audio track (or group of tracks). Not a bug, a feature, on page 19 of the Shortcuts Guide. |
Re: Waveform height bug?
for me is clearly a bug in Pt12 it occurs randomly and you have to reset all of them to be zoom synced again, happens to me all the time, not really mind blowing but weird non the less.

Nice chain btw. I often use the same on my mix bus if I'm going for color, though I like to switch the the Pultec and the Brainworx. :)
