MC524 Monitor Board Activity LED is flickering
 

Hi guys,

The monitor controls on the surface seems to be working fine but I can't seem to output any audio from Mon A,B,C, and D.
One of the Monitor Board Activity LED is solidly lit but the other one is flickering.

I've already tried re-seating both boards and already cleaned out the contact pins but it's still the same.

Should this be replaced? How can I make sure?

I had a flickering LED last week along with no audio that lead to a faulty PSU. That might be the issue?
