Avid Artist Control - Screen is blue tint
 

Hi all,


With the most recent update of the EuCon software, my Artist Control screen now is BLUE TINT as soon as the EUCON software connects with it.



When the EuCon control software is not on (quit), the screen is black with the purple AVID tm logo in the right colors.


Avid Eucon version 4.7.9.181


Firmware version 1.3.9.0


This is silly, and unworkable.

Yeah, that page does not allow me to log in... Microsoft? Did Avid get bought by Microsoft when I wasn't looking?

Hello, I have the same issue. Artist Control is blue tint and artist control has a yellowish box. I can't seem to find the thread that explains the fix. I couldn't find the "pinned" thread as mentioned above, can some pls forward? Thank you
