Workspace Problem?
 

I have used Workspace to audition samples/audio since it came out.
Today when on 8.1.1, Intel, 10.6.4.... sitting there with producer attempting to audition some kick drum replacement samples.
The loops/sampless would play in the browser, meaning I could see them in the browser meters. But no Audio! no signal hitting 192.
Of course I checked the I/O audition path, and that was all good.
Session played fine
Cleaned Prefs and databases.
Restarted everything
imported new I/O settings thinking that might be an issue.
created new paths.
created new session and tracks
used Default I/O setting
Changed audition path to another output, no good

Short of reinstalling PT that is all I can think of.
Anyone got any ideas. I am hoping that it is something so obvious that I can't see it.
I bumbled around for a half hour trying to fix this, and then found a way to start some guitar overdubs..:D Went back to it after he left, and still could not get it sorted. Came back to my studio and everything is as it should be and looks identical to the other setup. ff
