I Can't Even Crossgrade? [SOLVED]

Trying to crossgrade all day and I can't even get the payment info in? I get this error " We are unable to process your request at this time. Apologies for the inconvenience. Please try again later."

Hi,

Have you tried using a different browser, Firefox or chrome etc. or even a different computer? Or empty the cache/ delete cookies on your current browser. But just try a different browser first.
