I do believe the sentence above your question answers it. Sad, I know but that's business. I do, however, think they should at least offer the package to us for a small fee.

For a short time, they did offer it for a fee. I know, because I paid $99 for it.

It was for a limited time, for certain customers, and was over long ago. I agree, though; they should offer it for a fee to people who want it.

Ok, I'm not in the states, so I'm not going to put in a long-distance call. And your email isn't listed, so excuse me for corresponding at this post.

I'd just like to say I've been having some problems with your product. Sampletank has been screwing around. When I first open a session in pro tools, sampletank se works fine. But if I close a session, then re open sampletank, it freezes on me. I've found at least one other person in the DUC with this problem. We are both running Pro Tools LE on windows.
