Computer looses internet connection after quitting PT6

Everytime I use PTLE6, when I quite, I can no longer connect to the internet. I have to restart the computer for some reason. Strange... Guess there are some bugs to work out yet. I also get some "Pro Tools has unexpectedly quit" at least once a day.

I repair disc permissions regularly.

I use a cable modem with ethernet connection.

I might try upping to 10.2.4 now that it's approved.

What about that 1969-1970 date reset bug in 10.2.4?

I read on Digi's site that it will expire all your authorizations or something to that effect. I'm not going anywhere near that untill it's "really safe".

Re: Computer looses internet connection after quitting PT6

My computer lost the internet connection capability some time after installin PT6, my guess- hate to say it but they need some bug fixes. Im not so sure the proprietary architecture thing is working out after all. Luckilly my PT5 still works, and the upgrade ( so far) was only 75. Ltes get the bugs fixed Digi, and Fix the dang sleep function, aftr i rebuilt my OSX Drive ( to get internet functionality back), i decided i liked my machine being able to Rest, better than PT6 on x. Sad but true
