Avid Pro Audio Community - New Download of PT Free

A couple of years ago I downloaded PT Free, and successfully used it for about 2 years. Then my computer had a meltdown. I had to re-install Windows as a different entity (Win98) to get back up and running. (Never mind what happened and why. Another story) So now I have PT Free still installed on my hard drive, but it thinks Windows is where it always was before, in the Windows Folder, but now it is in the Win98 Folder. Therefore, it looks for DAE.dll and DST.dll where they were before. So I copied those two files from Windows\System to Win98\System. I can now begin to start up PT Free (sort of) except it now tells me I have A DAE error - 1113, and then I am dead in the water again.

I could continue to figure out what is wrong, but a more straight-forward way would be to re-download PT Free and start over. Any opinions?
