PT 9 Authorization issue

So I've done all the upgrades and my final step was to load PT9 with discs. I put in the disc, it appears to have loaded and needs authorization. I'm understood to due that I need:

1) iLok user name
2) hardware serial number.

I have those. But it is asking me for a License Card.

It also says I have a "license pending" at iLok for PT9.

Any thoughts?

thanks.

"license pending" means it's been delivered to your Ilok account, but needs to be downloaded to your actual Ilok. You need to log into your Ilok account with your Ilok plugged in to the computer and follow the instructions.

Then, the Ilok will authorize protools whenever it is plugged in to the computer while using it.

I tried that. But I think I may have screwed that up when trying to load and authorize PT9. it mentioned the pending issue which i tried a bunch of times and then I hit the other button which i recall (but can't get to come up again) something about deleting the pending license if you wanted to authorize the other way. I believe I did that and now in ilok there is no pending license. I don't know if there ever was one but I assume there was.

Unless I'm looking at the wrong account...

The only order in your Avid account is for a boxed version:
* Pro Tools 9 Crossgrade from LE/M-Powered - LE to Pro Tools 9 Crossgrade (Box) (1)

Which according to the tracking information (also in your order history when you login to your Avid account at http://account.avid.com and click on "View Order History") has not been delivered yet.

You would not have an activation code yet and won't have one until you get the box and open it. That is when you would enter your iLok.com User ID to deposit the licenses to your iLok account.

What looks like your iLok account had very old licenses for Synchronic and some TL plug-ins from the Ignition Pack Pro that you transferred to your iLok on December 26, 2010. Unless I'm mistaken, those were the "You have pending licenses" message you received when you logged into your iLok account, because you had never downloaded them to your iLok.

Not sure where the Pro Tools 9 install disk came from that you used if you are the same customer, but the order that I'm looking at is still in transit according to Fedex.
