I/O Error (-10011) with Logic

My setup:
Dual 450mhz G4 Mac
When using Logic with the Digi 001 hardware i get an error while playing the audio with my midi sequence which says: Direct I/o System overload..The audio engine was not able to process all required data in time (-10011). I have read previous posts which the tech said to change the pci ports if you have a scsi...i put my 001 in port 1 (actually 2 since the agp monitor is really in 1) and scsi board in 3 (actually 4 i'm assuming). I'm able to run 24 tracks in PT LE with no problem but running one in Logic Platinum doesn't work. I do hear the audio, but then the system will give me that error message and i'll have a few midi notes that were playing lock up. I'm not using the digi midi ports...rather the MOTU USB Express XT...Please any help...i have deadline and this is very frustrating!!! I've spent $4,500 on my mac, digi 001 and logic and error messages are unacceptable. Thanks

Rob

Re: I/O Error (-10011) with Logic

UPDATE::

Just got off the phone with Digi. The problem that I have been having is still not resolved. Their tech said they have been having problems with scsi cards and the the digi and recommended the adaptec 2906. I checked mine and it was the adaptec 2930. so i removed it alltogether. Still the same problem.
He also recommended that i change the buffer size to 2. Still the same problem.
I then called a rep up from Logic and she said she knows the two to work fine together. I just have to update logic to 4.5 and cant seem to b/c i can't run the .hqx file in my mac. stuff it expander says that its not valid or something like that. i'm ready by now to throw a brick through the monitor.
The tech did say that they've also been having problems with USB midi ports to watch out for that in the future. I haven't even had a problem with that but, thanks.

Their tech was like, "we have the error message (-10011) logged but there seems to be no one solution to this problem...etc...) Please, i turn to this group because you're my only hope left. There has got to be someone who has had this problem.
