What I meant with "hum" is, that I cannot identify the "texture" of the bass (string/synthie/...). My ideal bass is from Pino Palladino (Paul Young) or Tony Levin (Peter Gabriel), Del Palmer (Kate Bush) : snarling, you feel the metal vibrating. Just my little personal taste. No criticism.
If you have the link, great, it would be very nice to listen to - but I always buy, if I like good music.

Yes, I might have cut too much in the high end of the bass when trying to get the keyboards and the guitar out, I guess it's my influence from Cuban audio engineers. I'll look closely to those recordings. Thank you.

Here is a song I composed a very long time ago on PT 8 - it is an EDM track.

I composed this about early 2008ish (MIDI)... I used the instruments and plug-ins included with the 'Pro Tools Bundle' and Instruments from the 'Pro Tools Instrument Expansion Kit' (RTAS)
