MTRX with HD MADI.
 

Wanted to post here for those who wonder about this.

Just finishing up tracking an event that required 192 inputs of MADI source. I combined MTRX studio and 2 x HD madi interfaces. I used a Ferrofish verto MX to convert MADI to Dante for the MTRX studio thus allowing it to take the first 64 channels of MADI plus flexible analog monitoring. 65 - 192 via the 2 x HD madi interfaces. Loop sync enabled. Word clock into HD madi interface 1 and out to the Ferrofish making HD madi 1 word the source under hardware setup. Set MTRX sync source to loop sync via Dadman. All worked without fault. Madi sources were digico consoles, SD racks and SSL live rack. Happy user here ..
