Equalizer APO / PT DAW
 

Hello,

does anyone use / run Equalizer APO while also running PT? I'm not sure if I should be more worried about it running my RME sound-card or the DAW. Anyone have any experience running these two applications simultaneously.

Just to update my experience if anyone else would be looking for this info.

I did install and use Equalizer APO on my system. I've tried many times to use it while playing back PT10 and it would not allow output modifications while PT was running to the audio from PT. Maybe I don't have something configured correctly in PT. The computer would seem stable for both PT and EQAPO to be running but unable to affect change to designated outputs while PT is running.

I got the same problem but somehow I find a way to solve it without using my interface(Focusrite 2i2). To use Equaziler APO and pro tools together you need to send the pro tools audio out to banana voicemeter. so it will look like this:

pro tool audio - banana voicemeter - EQ APO - speaker.

I still can not use EQ APO with my interface yet together with PT . Hope this will help you and give you some idea.
