Crash/Freeze when importing MP3
 

PT crashing when trying to import MP3. Been searching around not getting anywhere. Imports and or converts other formats just not mp3.
QT is installed , tried the environment variable KMP Duplicate thing, nada.
Anyone with some insight?

Well just to add some weirdness to it, I can import mp3 into an existing session that has tracks but not a new session that has no tracks. Whatever at least it worked. Bizzarre

i had this in PT 9 and im sure it was my drivers for my video card, as soon as i updated them it was fine it drove me crazy for ages!!!!!

Do a search on here and you should find my old thread about it:-)
