How to assign the Talkback onto a track in PT

Can someone help me figure out how to record the talkback mic off the D-Command into a track on my Protools session?
Is there an assignment I can use on the board to direct the input from the internal or external mic, any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's on the XMon:

Talkback/Listenback/Utility DSub-25.
Pins 1-14-2 (H-C-G).
Use those to make an XLR and then send it into your recording interface.
