VENUE S6L redundant connection lost warning
 

I am a new user of Avid VENUE S6L, the audio network connection on the system keeps getting lost warning. The connection drops out for seconds and reconnects again. It always display the redundant connection lost warning. We have tried many different CAT cables. Our current connection is A to B redundant connection, are there any ways to solve the problem? Thanks.
