Pro Tools 2021.3 + Soft Keys
 

Greetings,

Just a reminder to any folks now running Pro Tools 2021.3, you will likely need to access Settings > Soft Keys > Import and simply choose your last custom soft key set or the standard S6_ProTools20Mac set. This only needs to be done once.

Dear Jeff,

don't work, sorry. Pro Tools 2021.3, S6 v3.6, Load Soft keys S6_ProTools20Mac.xml (copy to folder before), may will work S6_ProTools21Mac.xml?
Please help!

Indeed, Import and Export did not exist on S6 3.6. Please see the support Knowledge Base:

If you are using Pro Tools 2018 or later software with S6 software v3.7 or lower you will need to manually install the latest AppSet XML files, available here. Copy the file to a USB flash drive and connect the drive to one of the rear USB ports on the Master Touch Module. Log in to the Administrator account (default password is "password"), decompress the .ZIP file, and run the enclosed .EXE file.

Yes, after launch 6MasterModulePT18Patch_3_7_0.exe, load Soft keys S6_ProTools20Mac.xml and it's work!
