Question for MTRX Studio Owners
 

Hey Everyone,

I was just wondering if the MTRX Studio has a fan and, if so, how loud is it?

I have an OMNI, which was terrible until I swapped the fan on it. That made it bearable. I’d still prefer if there were none, of course.

If properly placed, racked, in a normal (not Inyo County) environment, you should never hear the fan.

My MTRX Studio doesn't have a fan, should it have a fan?

While looking at the front of the unit -> the back of the left side (in back of the hexagonal holes) is where you will find the fan.

I replaced my HD Omni fitted with a silent fan with a MTRX Studio which is right in front of me and I have never heard the fan.
