can't find MPC AAX plugins in protools
 

Hey guys. .wondering if anyone has any idea's.. I have protools 11.. windows 10.. and the latest up to date software/ firmware for mpc 2.0 / mpc x

when i try to find my plugins in protools though, i can't find it under instruments or anywhere else.

all my other plugins work fine though.. any help would be so much appreciated .

Hi. Welcome to the forum.

I assume your installed plugin is 64 bit AAX. PT11 is pretty old now. PT10 only used 32 bit AAX. I think 64 bit AAX came with 11, but I'm not sure. If it didn't come before PT12, then that would be your problem. And the solution would be to simply revert to the previous plugin version that worked.

(Please don't double-post like you just did. It makes for unhelpful disorder when people reply to the same thing in several places. And it's against the forum rules.)

yea protools 11. always used 64 bit before.. i think ..

do you know where I could download the older software and give that a try.. not sure what else to do. my studio has been at a standstill without being able to use mpc as a plugin in protools
