Is the \'software bundle\' worth the extra money?

So freakin easy to get excited when looking at the 002R and for a couple extra hundred bucks you can get a bunch more plugins. Just wondering how happy everyone was after their purchase? are the plugins useful for you and were they worth the extra money?

I would think this is subjective. Take a look at the plug-ins that are included. Then ask yourself realistically which ones you would use. Find out the price of those plug-ins and add it to the cost of the 002R... if the balance scales tip in your favor go for it!!

See my reply in This Thread from back in April.

11 plugs and an iLok for the price of one? I think it's a no-brainer. But that's just me.

If you don't have any plugins or an iLok - it IS a "no brainer". Personally I just got a bunch of plugins and an iLok I don't use hardly at all. Vintage Warmer comp, URS EQ and a big Waves bundle (with the Master plugins) come more in handy than these (I already possesed Tel-Ray which I use a lot) - so for me it was more of getting something that others may ask for...
