AvidPlay, Stuck Won't Distribute! Solved
 

3 Singles.
1 released
The other two are stuck with 1st singles date name, will not distribute.
Reset in software does not reset / reload what I need.

2 Singles unable to release help please.

Yes I'm having crazy issues with Avidplay at the moment can;t release anything and Avid has no customer service for it!
WHere are you Avid support team ???

And I also wish I wasn;t asked a serial number or ID for a product that doesn't have one ...
Your tech support is ridiculously hard to contact

Last time I bought a ticket to get support but here I don't see why I should pay when Avidplay is obviously bugging like crazy!
Too much administrative hurdle make it easy for your customers
