Protools bought 2 days ago, still no licence in my ilok account...

Hi everybody!
I bought a Protools (Edu) after my previous monthly subscription ended (there was no renewal button when I wanted to do it), but I can't find the Protools licence in my ilok account. I can see the licences for "Avid Falcon AAX", "Avid Complete Plug-in Bundle" and "HEAT", all on the date of my purchase and ready to be activated on my ilok, but no "Pro Tools Subscription". I can't reach Avid by phone, and I can't work for 2 days now... I'm on a paid project with short deadline, and have some student projects to review, I don't know what to do. I opened a case (03941107) but nothing happened since 2 days. Please help me! |

Has been sorted by support after 8 days, lost a client. Last time I buy Protools.
