Falcon License expired
 

hi all i have a question i need help with. i had Pro Tools for years with Falcon but i and i always renewed my yearly subscription. i finally bought a new interface cause the last 2 years i never used Pro Tools, but once i installed it my falcon is saying in the Ilok License manager that my falcon is expired, why is it expired and how do i get it back?

This change was announced back in January, and there's a thread in the Virtual Instruments subforum and KB article with more info and details about the crossgrade offered by UVI. I'll start a support case and get your info to see if we can assist.
