Not sure if I posted this one before, but I just re-recorded the bass then remixed and mastered the whole thing. I think it's about as done as possible.

I wrote the song and lyrics, and am playing rhy guitars, drums, and bass.

I had some friends do the vocals and some additional guitar work.

This is a band I have been working with for more than a year now, production has been slow, due to our crazy schedules, but I just completed their first music video. Recorded, mixed, filmed, edited, produced all on my mac, written by the band. A better quality video will be on the site soon, so bare with the super compressed version for now.

Okay...I've been a bit bummed lately...coming to this thread a couple times a week looking forward to hearing the new stuff...

Where is it guys?!

In the spirit of trying to pick up the pace here a bit...I propose we put together a project to make a "Best of the DUC 2004" album. I'll take the raw bounces, put a quick master on them, and post them to a page so people can vote on which are the best (if we get enough submissions that eliminations are required...else they'll all be included). (I may need some help designing the page, but thanks to Roy I've now got the space for such a thing.)

Once the tracks are decided, I'll fully master the compilation and send copies to anyone involved for the cost of materials and shipping. There is also a chance I could upload a wavelab montage that people could download and burn their own identical copies. Once the tunes start rolling in I'll think up a good deadline. It's best if the tunes are your own or if not you're own, have been granted permission for this use.

Hey all...(Roy)I've been working on my new website and some rough mixes. I put them on the website to test out. Cover my face at night is my latest one i started over the weekend. It has a ways to go... like the rest.lol

wht amp or amp simulator are you using to get that ballsy sound on Blank Mind. Jesus! Sounds like a boogie on steroids.... If you say Amplitube I am callingm "B.S." too.. I can believe Guitar Rig, but not Amplitube..

Very nice stuff...really good mixture of songs, great mixes...I expecially liked 'Lying Within' and 'Tell Me', but they're all good...thanks for the listen and best of luck with the cd.

'Cover my face at night' is sounding really good...very interesting...the major against minor thing is cool, as are the guitar synth parts...what guit synth are you using?
