Hello, I recently purchased an em-usb microphone that includes a card stating I can download pro tools first. I’ve followed the link on the card and there it says to enter a serial number. The card however does not have a code on it like the other waveform OEM card. I hope this is not the product serial number because I trashed the box it came in.

None of this should matter as PT-First is free for anybody. All you need to do is go to the main Avid website and hunt it down(should not be too tough). I believe you will need an iLok account, and I highly recommend getting a physical iLok for your license(the "cloud" authorization is unreliable):o
