Best Service Titan
 

So I have downloaded Best Service Titan (yes legally), and experienced yet another error for my newly installed rtas plugs since upgrading to 8 as well as windows seven 64bit and norton 360. Anyway the error reads:

"the program can't start because WKWIN32.DLL is missing from your computer. Try re installing to fix this problem."

I have contacted best service and yellow tools and should hear back tomorrow since they're in Germany. But was wondering if anyone has experienced this error or know of any probs with this instrument. I also was not able to register due to yellow tools not excepting my serial # (IDK?!) Therefore I could not install any upgrades or drivers that might help. Let me know of any info., suggestions, etc. please. 2nd problem in two days with redownloaded and newly downloaded instruments, 1st elektrik/akoustik pianonow this monster, jeez......
