Can't finish Avid Download Center nor Avid Community registration
 

I am looking for some advice with Avid Download Center and Avid Community registration. I can easily log into my Avid Master Account. But for some reason I keep receiving these two errors

Avid Download Center registration - Save Failed. Failed to add Vitek Kral as a new member.

Avid Community registration - There was an error executing your request. Please try again.

Any reason for that? What can I do?

Tried even other browser with no luck. Same result...

Sorry for the trouble. Avid Community (video) is a different forum platform so needs a new account created - okay to use the same User Name as the DUC? We linked the Download Center for you so you should be able to access that now.

Frankly, I don't understand one basic thing... To what Download Center account have you linked my Master Account? Because I was not able even to create any Download Center account. When tried, it ended up with the reported error.

Now the status is green - linked. But I don't have any credentials to log in.

Apparently there is an account with my username. I can see it when I try to register that user name again. I simply cannot access it.

Usual log in not working - forwards me to that It appears as though your "Avid Download Center" account has not yet been linked to your Avid Master account. You must link these accounts to continue your access. page.

Password reset not working - forwards me to the same page.

Any help please?
