Inner Circle reward not working

I got an email today about the PSP Old Timer plugin that should be a free reward as part of the Inner Circle deal, but it does not show up in my account. Anyone know what the deal is?

I only see a few expired NFRs in the Avid account using your DUC email address. That would explain why it's not there (but not why you got the email). Please let me know if there's another account to check.

Didn't get your message, but searched a bit more and found another account that has 2 codes for oldTimer in my.avid.com/products > Pro Tools Inner Circle > PSP Audioware. If you don't see these I'll start a case for you.

Might be easy to overlook because I just noticed the products are in alphabetical order. Not in newly released order.
I assumed the PSP Audioware plugin hadn't been added yet when I first checked and didn't see it at the top of the list.

Scrolled down alphabetically and sure enough, it was there.
