License / plugins problem ?
 

I've registered the Carbon and extended my perpetual license support by another year.
I don't see any additional plugins in my account - I thought that these (below) were included?

Have I misunderstood - are these only available if I choose a subscription?

They are permanent licenses that come with the purchase of Carbon.

Based on this article, they each come with their own serial numbers which must be entered individually.

What I don't know is where the serial numbers are - if they are on physical cards that come in the box, or if the numbers will appear in your account after Carbon registration:

I don't have Step 5 of that knowledgebase article - nothing to redeem in my account and no registration card (except the Carbon itself, which I've already done). So I think something has not gone quite right. Which is a good thing, as I really want a couple of those plugins!
I'll wait to see if Kyle or Jeff from Avid chip in here and if not I'll log a support ticket.

The Plugins serials should be on your Avid account under the Protools Carbon tab

Nope, they’re not there. I have the Carbon tab and the only items shown are the ReadMe and the manual.

Does the Carbon tab show the correct serial number?

I had issues getting mine registered as well, but Marc was right on the ball and got me all sorted out within a day.

DO create a registration ticket.

I also choose to Extend my current PT Ultimate license and While those plugins did show in my AVID account with the serial codes (they were in the Carbon dropdown of the MY Products page . I thought they were only supposed to be offered as part of choosing the 1 year subscription plan and not the Extension option .??? I could be wrong but that is how I read the info chart on the Carbon options .

In any case (its been awhile so my memory may be off) I tried downloading and installing them But had problems (either on the download, the install, or the authorization ,can't remember ). the only one I was successful with Arturia Plate

So have we established that the do indeed come with Carbon and are not tied to the Subscription plan ???? If so then I guess I need to try to authorize the others again or start a support ticket given I could only get the one to work
