EuCon - Key Commands - Not Working
 

I have moved to a new system and been setting up my workflows, and am stuck with using "Key Commands" in EuCon on my Transport. It appears that they simply do not trigger? Has been fine for years and I can't for the life of me work out why its stopped.

Running all latest EuCon / PT on an M1 MBP Max / macOS 12.1

Are these single key commands or macros?

Hi Eddie, hope you’re doing well. In this instance I was just using page down, but I tried page up and also space. Single stroke, no macro.

Can you check that EuControl and MCClient are allowed in the accessibility security settings on the Mac?

Yes, they are checked.

One way to easily check that EUCON is sending them is to open a text App and program a key or two in that and see if they are even getting through.

No go I am afraid. Tried on other keys on the surfaces and same issue.

These images are focused on PT...did you try to assign a key in a text App?

Just unlocked EuCon to PT, checked Eucon is assigned to Application: Textedit, and same issue.

It sounds like OSX is stopping them. If you use the EUCON Installer and check uninstall all Apps and all prefs(this doesn't delete softkeys) reboot and reinstall EuControl that might help...make sure you accept any prompts.
