Eleven Rack won't connect
Just purchased an Eleven Rack. Trying to get it going but it won’t connect to Pro Tools and shows as not connected in the system preferences. It is connected though, as I updated the firmware no problem.
I also did the following: - Uninstalled Pro Tools - Reistalled the latest drivers for my 003 and the Eleven Rack - Reinstalled Pro Tools 9 - Updated to 9.0.1 - Applied the 002/003 fix I also repaired permissions, tried restarting the computer, unplugging the USB cable then plugging it back in, turning everything off then back on and no luck. My 003 works fine though. Anyone have any suggestions? Mac Pro Intel 3.2 Quad Core Intel Xeon Mac OS 10.6.6 Eleven Rack firmware 1.0.3 Thanks! |

Ok, got it. Don't know why I didn't think of this. You shouldn't connect the rack to a USB hub. It needs to go directly to the USB port on the computer to work. Wanted to post this in case others had this issue.
Now, I need to check this box out. Lots of build up from the users on here! |
