PT 12.2 Academic license reading issues

Avid master account says my current license (PT 10, previously an MPower crossgrade) will operate PT 12.2 Academic. downloaded and installed, updated and transferred iLok license - software says i have to buy a PT 12 license. Avid license support is closed during COVID. please advice!

Mt. Lion running PT 10.3.10
Yosemite attempting to run PT 12.2 Academic ---

does anyone have a PT 11 license for sale??

Hi,
Should be all set now. Please check your iLok License Manager and activate the license for your 12.2 version.
I've also sent an Email through the support case I've started.
