Exchanges with Fairlight
 

Hello !

Is there someone who was able to import/export files correctly between Fairlight and ProTools ?

Is it reliable to do this via OMF or do I need to upgrade the Fairlight with the ''Connectivity'' software ?

I've transferred things into a FAME as OMF's. The only problem you could run into is the ridiculously long Avid filenames. THe FAME needs names that are 8 characters max. if I remember correctly.
