Creating Videos using PT 8?? Help!
 

Hi all,


I am trying to create videos of my drumming, and I am wanting to use Pro Tools 8 to record the audio. I have 2 very nice DV cameras for the visual. I will have some video with just drums and some with tracks to play along with. How do I go about creating a video that has the PT audio in it? How do I sync it up? I have heard about doing the "clap" before recording, but I dont know how that works exactly?? Help?!

M-powered Pro tools 8 has no video, you will need to upgrade to pt9.


But, you can do this with Garage Band!!!!!!! edit with imovie, then export/import to Garage band.

There are lots of video's to learn how. In fact you could import the audio from pt8 into Garage Band.
