Auto Renewal OFF
Hi!
I have turned Auto Renewal to OFF but it still says Next Payment: "Nov 12, 2022". I don't want a next payment, that's why I turned Auto-renewal to OFF. Should I be worried or is it OK? |

With Auto Renewal off it should not bill you. Tried to check your account using your DUC email but I couldn't find a product with a Nov 11 date. If needed, you can Create A Case via my.avid.com > Access The Support Center > Equipment.
