Need Expert Advice Please
 

Just recently I tried to use my Pro Tools LE only to have it not load anything at all? My cursor hourglass loads for a moment after i click the icon but nothing happens. Under cntrl+alt+del there are no processes saying Pro Tools but under the services tab ProTools.exe will duplicate itself over and over. Ive ended all processes uninstalled completely and reinstalled numerous times. Still nothing. Any ideas?

i have the same problem except pro tools shows up in my processes

Either of you have Internet Explorer 8 installed?
Tech Alert - Installation of Internet Explorer 8 may cause Pro Tools to not launch.
