Cant hear audio
 

First off im not new to useing protools so heres my issue

i have protools 7.4le-mbox 2 pro... And when i try to record audio useing the mic line i cant hear it thru the speakers.... Also when i try to use the aux input to record audio i cant hear it... I can see it recording but cant hear it...

If i just play a random song it useing the media player or dvds i can hear it but no audio streaming thru ptle 7.4..
