Stuck on getting subscription - usual fix not working
 

Hi all, this is on a MacBook Pro:

I have updated Application manager
I have cleared the cache
I have reset the helper
I have restarted

still it is always stuck on 'getting subscription data' when I log in.

Please help! Is there anything else?
