Ramsa AD96 and DIGI001, set-up help?
 

Sorry about posting here. But this is more of a professional gear minded forum over the LE and could use some opinions from people who have the resources available to try all the different pieces of gear available.

Recently received this unit. Wondering if anyone has any tips with hooking this up to the Digi001?

Thought about making the Digi001 clock off it. Anyone tried this and see an improvement?

Also most important what should I be looking out for when recording 16 tracks at once will there be any time difference (latency) with the two different converters processing times?

Also anyone tried the DA96 with this combo and see a dramatic improvement? I was thinking of buying a high quality 2 channel for the same price like the Benchmark instead?

But thought if the Ramsa are pretty damn good I should buy one before they are all gone. Would you also recommend I buy an external clock to run this all off of? Or is the Ramsa clocks pretty good for the time being?
