MacBook Pro 13" (late 2011) with PT 10

Hi. I am going to buy PT 10 for my MacBook Pro 13" (Os Lion).
But from the Avid webseite, I read that Avid-qualified Apple computers are just 17-inch and 15-inch models with Core i5 and i7 processors.
Can I running PT 10 with my MacBook Pro 13"?
Please help me.
Thank you.

I don't see why it wouldn't be fine.

Well, you should post a SANDRA report to be sure, but I don't see why it wouldn't be fine.

Since Apple doesn't even make a 17" laptop anymore Avid needs to update their specs.

To answer your question, yes you can as long as its not a retina display. Screen is a bit cramped but it works with enough memory and at least an i5 processor.

I'm trying to see if I can get it working on an MacBook Air.
