Project didn't complete uploading to cloud, now won't open.

I recently renewed my subscription to Pro Tool standard and I wanted to open a session that I had started in Pro Tools First. From my understanding, in order to do this I would need to save the Pro Tools First session as a project on the cloud and then open in Pro Tools standard. So while I had the Pro Tools First session opened and uploading to the cloud, my computer froze and I had to force quit and so the upload did not complete. The project icon shows up in both versions of Pro Tools but neither open. Any way to recover this?

Click the triangle on the right side of the Project in your Dashboard and select Open Revision History to see if there's a recent version that you can open.

The original Project should be on your drive (unless you did "Remove Local Cache..." in your Dashboard).

To be safe (before you make any other changes) please copy the Project Cache folder from /Users/*username*/Documents/Pro Tools/ and the Project Locations folder from /Users/*username*/Library/Preferences/Avid/ to another directory or device (don't move them - copy them).

Since it sounds like the cloud copy is corrupted, I'd recommend that you uncheck the "Backup to Cloud" option for the Project then try to open it again.

Yes it looks like the files are still in the Project Cache but the "Backup To Cloud" option is grayed out and it won't let me uncheck it.
