How Do I make A CD From Songs recorded in Pro Tools 001

Im Having a hard time ?? If Any one can help it would be greatly appriciated . How do I make a Cd of the Music I've recorded & Mixed in
Protools 001 ?? Thank You in advance

1. Bounce to a 16bit stereo interleaved file. Use Nero or the cd burning program that came with your device to "burn" the file to CD.

2. Place external CD recorder on optical or coax s/pdif out and record.
