Hi

I installed Sonor in addition to LE on my computer, thinking I can fly in
vocals to Sonor for Autotune DX and extended MIDI work.

And discovered Sonor completely chowed all my available disk space.
My computer is not a puppy - 1 GHZ and stocked to the gills. But the Waves
bundle ate a lot, as do my files.

I'm running Win 98 -

a) is there a program you guys fly audio files into to apply DX (ie AutoTune)
that isn't so "large" - I just want to apply DX plugins and import back to LE, and that's it.
I have Acid 3.0 but I'm not real fond of the audio quality flying it back in to
LE -

b) is there a focused program to use just for expanded MIDI sequencing
that doesn't do much else but -

If there is one "small" program I can use for both to conserve my hard drive
, that would be a dream come true. I love LE and that's my main program,
just want to supplement it's features with a few specialty MIDI and DX
additions.

Thanks!

isnt the "program" you are looking for called "a brand new harddisk"?

Yup, sounds to me like you need a bigger C drive. I'd say that is going to cost you less than a program like Sound Forge or something... but if you want a "smaller" program, Sound Forge can work. I do a lot of DX processing in that. I also own Sonar and Logic Platinum too...

Any of these programs are going to set you back at LEAST a couple hundred bucks... a LARGE drive can be had for $120 - $140. How big ARE your drives anyway? They must be pretty small...
