Anyone use Gigabyte GA-7VRX or Asus a7v333?

Does anyone use the Gigabyte GA-7VRX or ASUS A7V333 motherboards? Do they work well for you? Im just curious about compatibility issues with the KT333 chipset and the digi 001. Would you say these two boards are on par with each other? I can add RAID on them both for about 20$ and a LAN card. Is that worthwhile or does it cause issues?
