Can anyone send me a copy of the CD from the Franz PT book?

If someone wouldn't mind sending me a copy of the CD that came with the new PT book by Franz, I would really appreciate. I busted mine and just wanted to use some of the PDF forms included on the CD rom. If you do send it to me, I will send you back something good. I promise. Thanks guys.
